DG Night

District Governor's Night

On September 11th, Lions Club of Clarksburg celebrated District Governor’s Night with the visit of DG Trish Glennon of 29-I at the VFW Post 573.  DG Trish gave an inspiring speech on her goals and programs for the District.  The Club gave here several gifts.  A nice lion statue and a special gift which she will certain use often, a gasoline give card.

She also made several presentations:

  •  Former Club President, Bob Kesling received an Outstanding Achievement Award.
  •  Clarksburg Lion Member Angelo Koukoulis received the Melvin Jones Fellow award for dedicated humanitarian services.  Angelo has been a member since 1964 and has participated in all aspects of the Lion Club.
